Return Policy

Returns can be done within 30 days from purchase as long as the requirements are met. Please note all returns will be send back as store credit.

Return requirements:

Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
Items must be unworn or unused with tags attached
Original packaging required
No fake tans and makeup damage
Not stretched to fit due to purchasing incorrect size causing seams to fray or rip
All sale items cannot be refunded

Ship Your Return - Buyer pays return shipping
Refund Processing - All returns are processed as store credit. Upon arrival at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for our team to complete a quick inspection and issue the credit.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange for size. NVEE will not be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. Please refer to our Size Chart before placing an order to ensure the best possible fit.
