How to Measure
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure level and snug but not tight. Stand naturally with your arms relaxed at your sides.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, which is typically the narrowest part of your torso, just above the belly button. Keep the tape comfortably loose and breathe normally.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape is level all the way around and not pulled too tight.
